Be brutally honest

Look, no one can be brilliant at everything. How many people do you know who are great at seeing the big picture and yet also have a real eye for detail? Which ideas powerhouses do you know who are also good at dealing with day-to-day admin? They simply don’t go together. It just isn’t possible to be an all-round genius, and if you fall into the trap of thinking that you are, your business is doomed.

Some entrepreneurs think the things they aren’t personally good at aren’t so important. Maybe they realize that’s not true if, say, they don’t like doing figures.
