End-to-End Resilience

We end the book in the same way we started, by pointing out that resilience is all around us and we want to connect with the larger efforts to build resilience. Giving up the idea that we can manage stress also means that we are no longer victimized by stress. Changing our behaviors to develop a new set of skills away from this model will take time and require small steps and a community of people to support the changes both at home and at work. Finding your resilience place will mean that every day is a new opportunity to find a successful path to meet and overcome, with grace and ease, the challenges of adversity.
