Say “Yes” to What's Next. CHANGE IS OPPORTUNITY.

Here's an excuse that makes my heart sink every time: “I'm not very good with transitions/change/ambiguity. It's just my personality.” I also hate “Change is hard,” “We need time to adjust,” and “It's all happening too fast.”

Thirty years ago, change capitalization became a buzzword and the topic of countless seminars and books, and we're still talking about it.
