Sahla Aroussi, PhD, is a research associate in the Centre for Trust, Peace and Social Relations at Coventry University and is an honorary fellow of the Law and Development research group in the Faculty of Law, University of Antwerp. She has published on feminism and public relations, feminist politics and international human rights advocacy. In addition to editing and authoring academic publications she has also constructed two peace agreements databases and recently carried out consultancy work for the International Commission of Jurists, Geneva (2013). Her latest book Women, Peace and Security: Repositioning Gender in Peace Agreements (2015) has just been published in Intersentia’s Law and Cosmopolitan Values series.
