Completing projects and implementing deliverables

When deliverables are implemented and changes are made, more staff become aware of the project as it affects them. Often, the success of a project is judged by stakeholders’ perceptions of implementation. So, it is important to get it right.

8.1 IMPLEMENTING DELIVERABLES

Once deliverables are created they need to be implemented. This is organisational change, as an organisation makes a transition from the current ways of working without the deliverables, to new ways with them. The steps in implementation are:
