Let me start by giving you a scenario. I need a project manager to manage a piece of work for me, and I have a number of choices so I am going through a selection process. If you have ever had to employ project managers I am sure you will be familiar with the procedure. I have someone in front of me with a good CV. So far this person sounds good, they know how to communicate and they seem to understand all the things a project manager should know. What else am I going to look for?
