Identify Problem Situations and Probable Causes

When you learn that an individual goal has been missed or is in jeopardy through project status collection, communicating informally, or other interactions, clearly identify the problem and summarize expected consequences for the project (in schedule slippage, budget overrun, or other adverse results).
