WHEN:Throughout a project, but particularly at project closure.
RESULTS:Better cooperation and teamwork, and successful current and future projects.

Generally, rewards and recognition are most effective when tailored to the individual or team, so determine in advance whether recognition should be public or non-public and verify what rewards are likely to be most appreciated through communicating informally.
