Document Resource Plans
Capture specific resource plans based on committed resources, as part of overall project plan development. Formally document all ownership and responsibility commitments.
Specify how you plan to meet unresolved resource requirements. Options include:
Negotiating project changes to timing or scope to align with available resources
Additional staff acquisition
Contracting for outside help through procurement planning
Add all resource issues that are not resolved to the project risk list during risk identification.
