Set an agenda for the presentation, including introductory material, specific content covering all necessary areas, time for questions and discussion, and a conclusion. Start by telling what you will tell them, tell them, and end by telling them what you told them.

Organize all the project information that you intend to include into a logical sequence. If the information is detailed and complex, analyze it and work to summarize the content using graphs, tables, and simple bulleted lists. Keep lists and presentation slides short—four or five listed points maximum, using large-size lettering.
