Develop a Project Roster

Outline the roles and responsibilities required by the project work, and determine the number of project contributors needed for each of the roles. For each identified role for which there is a capable team member already committed to the project, list the contributor by name in a project roster or organization chart, along with contact information and other needed data. When project contributors are also committed to other projects or to non-project work, determine and document the amount of effort available, and include their availability in the overall staffing analysis.
