Prioritize the Set of Projects

Use a systematic decision-making process to rank order all of the projects, based on factors such as the value of the deliverables, urgency, overall importance, strategic contribution, cost, length, or other considerations. If the initial list of projects is lengthy, rank order them first, before developing plans. Create detailed plans for only the top projects that you believe can be staffed.

List the projects in sequence, from the highest priority to the lowest.
