Plan Each Project

Taking on too many projects is a common problem. Good project ideas often exceed the number of projects that can be staffed, and working on all of them is a formula for chaos, low morale, poor teamwork, and low motivation. Successfully bringing projects to closure requires disciplined attention to detail and concentration on the most critical few.
