Identify Discrepancies Between the Bottom-Up Plans and Goals

Compare stated project goals with your plans. Determine any issues between your schedule development and the project deadline. Identify differences between the project budget derived from cost estimation and the budget limits for the project. Outline any scope issues between defined project deliverables and what your project team is realistically capable of producing.

Document any significant additional differences between timing and specification of interim deliverables, the profiles from resource leveling, unavailable skills, or any other variances between your plan and project requirements.
