Practical project management

The preceding four parts of this book explored some of the essential foundations of project management. In this part I want to build on that, and look at some key lessons from experience. I will look at the factors that differentiate competent project managers from the high performers.

The first section looks again at risk management and how you convert it from being a passive discipline to a core component of a project.
