The Concept of the Project Class

Not all projects are the same in their requirements for project management. Larger, more complex, or more sensitive projects demand a level of control that is not needed for those that are simpler. One of the disadvantages of most project management methodologies is that they do not allow project managers to differentiate between a project that requires a high degree of control and one that does not. The project class concept allows project managers to determine ''how much'' project management a project requires.
