Reviewing Project Management Deliverables

Project management deliverables, like technical deliverables, benefit from being reviewed. Indeed, peer review of deliverables is one component of quality management and a review of documents such as the project plan can only improve them. If the reviews do not force any changes, they will at least strengthen the project manager's commitment to the plan.
