Determining Your Project Management Level

If your organization is at level 1, projects are unmanaged, there are no project plans except for an overall completion date, there are no status reports, there are no required project management deliverables, and there is no project management function within the organization, hence no education or career paths. Projects habitually fail and nobody really understands who is working on what.
