This appendix contains a summary of the method referred to in this book. An overview of the fundamental concepts associated with a method is provided in Chapter 3, “Method Fundamentals.”
Roles
A role defines the behavior and responsibilities of an individual or a set of individuals working together as a team, within the context of a software development organization. A role is responsible for one or more work products and performs a set of tasks.
