Abstract

This chapter focuses on the Threat Assessment Management (TAM) approach to targeted violence, and looks at two categories of workplace violence that are considered predatory violence: violence by present or former employees against supervisors, employees, or managers; and violence by persons who have a personal relationship with an employee, but who do not themselves work in the organization.
