ABOUT THE AUTHORS
Ronald Heifetz is the King Hussein bin Talal Senior Lecturer in Public Leadership and Founding Director of the Center for Public Leadership at Harvard Kennedy School. Recognized for his seminal work on both the practice and teaching of leadership, his research focuses on building adaptive capacity in societies and organizations. He lectures and consults in business, government, and nonprofit sectors around the world.
Heifetz’s work is the subject of many articles and the book by Sharon Daloz Parks, Leadership Can Be Taught.
