In this chapter we have looked at the key principles, factors, elements, and actions needed to get a group of technical specialists mobilized and turned into a consulting team that is energized and aligned around the engagement. This is not an easy task. For the new consultant charged with the responsibility of leading a large and visible consulting assignment, it can be a daunting task indeed. However, many consultants have done it before, and the keys to success are known.
