At some point in the mobilizing stage, when the consulting team has been assembled, the first important event is the “kick-off” meeting that officially launches the project. We will examine the structure and agenda of the meeting in this chapter, then in the next chapter discuss other related and important issues, such as meeting dynamics and meeting management.
