Without the right guidance, product team members can use the prevention tab as a platform to push their own personal agenda. Developers can suggest that the test team should work harder, and the testers can say that developers should write better code. Monitoring and maintaining the quality of the prevention suggestions help keep this from happening, but it is important to address the possibility of personal attacks or agendas making their way into the data.
