Team Software Process

The Team Software Process (TSP) is designed to allow those using the PSP to collaborate even though their individual practices may vary. Like the PSP, the process used by the team is not specified but is instead agreed on by the team members during team planning. The planning process is well defined, designed to bring together the individual processes in such a way that meaningful data are generated.

Using the TSP, team members define a team process that allows data from various phases to be combined.
