Most people think of games as a leisure activity and not part of their daily work. Merriam-Webster defines game as an activity engaged in for diversion or amusement.[1] In the case of defect prevention, you are trying to engage people for diversion—to divert or distract them from their day-to-day tasks and encourage them to exert some effort on preventing defects.
