24 Succeed at Living in the Present Moment

Stress, negativity, depression, and mental and emotional dysfunction in general are often rooted in the past or the future. We regret past choices and failures and anguish over what has happened. We worry about what will happen next, how we might fail this afternoon or tomorrow or next week. But the past is gone forever and tomorrow never comes because when it does arrive, it is today.
