24.5. Program Closing Processes

Program management closing formalizes acceptance of the products, services, or results of the supporting projects, assures the other related work has been completed, and brings the program to an orderly end. If a program is prematurely terminated for any reason, the closing processes implement the procedures required to formally terminate all program activities. This group of processes, when completed, requires that the defined procedures be completed across all the program management processes. Figure 24-5 illustrates the integration of the closing processes.
