24.3. Program Executing Processes

Managing the execution of a program requires completion of those activities defined in the program management plan. This involves coordinating other related work performed by the business unit operations and the EPMO, as well as integrating and performing the activities of the planning phase in accordance with the program management plan. This also addresses the scope defined in the program scope statement and implements approved changes.
