Chapter 24. Program PBMM Planning and Execution

The Project Business Management Methodology (PBMM) Model developed in Chapter 10 defines the basic processes to be followed in planning and executing a program. Programs that are part of a portfolio will have been chartered by the portfolio manager, while standalone programs will have been chartered by the enterprise’s senior management (see Chapter 22).
