18.4. PBM Methodology Stakeholders

Many stakeholders are involved in planning and executing enterprises strategic initiatives and supporting business objectives. PMI® defines stakeholders as the persons and organizations, such as customers, sponsors, performing organizations and the public, that are actively involved in the portfolio, program, or project, or whose interests may be positively or negatively affected by execution or completion of the portfolio, program, or project. They may also exert influence over the portfolio, program, or project and the enterprise’s desired benefits and deliverables.
