15.5. Data Warehouse

The data warehouse can be composed of one fully integrated database or a set of related databases. PBMIS data storage structure and functionality is based on the enterprise’s predefined EWBS structure. It accommodates an EWBS with multiple legs and supports a minimum of ten levels. Each level is different and is composed of one or more EWBS elements. The lowest level, which is the work package, is the level at which scope, cost, and schedule are integrated within the PBMIS for planning, monitoring, and reporting purposes.
