An example of an enterprise-wide project management office (EPMO) structure, shown in Figure 13-2, contains a function that manages all aspects of project business management education and training development and implementation. Table 13-2 is a responsibilities matrix that lists typical responsibilities for developing and managing the execution of a project business management education and training program.
