Strategic business planning is common and performed to some extent in all enterprises. Some enterprises have a rigorous methodology while others have a more ad-hoc approach. The result in each case is some sort of strategic business plan for the enterprise’s next business cycle. The implementation of each strategy is then managed and monitored and closed when completed or terminated.
