Figure 7-2 illustrates the enterprise project management organization structure that owns and governs the management of portfolios, programs, and projects within the usual three levels of large or global organizations. Table 7-1 defines the various managerial roles and responsibilities of the first two levels of the EPMO organization structure shown in Figure 7-2.
