5. Infographic Prep Work

Like other forms of content, infographics should be viewed as a communication medium used by your organization to connect with different target audiences (see Figure 5.1). The infographics you create need to present some value and benefit to the customers, prospects, and employees consuming the content and serve a business purpose for your organization.
