Assess Your Ability to Plug In
We have all developed some level of savvy about how best to mix together people, technology, and organizational process within particular contexts to thrive in today’s environment. For example, you probably take into account an organization’s available tools and processes, as well as a group’s membership and skills, as you think about how to collaborate. To the extent that you do this effectively, efficiently, and creatively, you have greater expertise in plugging in.
