Load Files into Photoshop Layers

Use this automated command to (surprise, surprise) automatically create a new document with layers from a series of files you choose in Bridge. Even if the files are different sizes or file formats, a document is created with one layer for each file. The document size is based on the largest file selected.

If you select Camera Raw files, they are loaded according to the last settings you applied (or the default setting if you haven’t previously processed them). You can even load Photoshop documents as layers, with the only exception being psd files that include Smart Objects—they are skipped. When I use this command, I almost always follow it with Auto-Align Layers.
