Experiential Learning Activities: Conflict and the Individual

The seven exercises in this section all could be used effectively with groups of people who do not work together, as well as with people who do. Only one, "Alter Ego," requires that they work for the same organization. These are activities that seek to increase awareness or build skills having to do with handling conflict in general or with greasing the gears in particular kinds of interactions—such as boss-subordinate relations, performance appraisals, and meetings.
