Marvin L. Patterson is founder and president of Innovation Resultants International (IRI), a firm dedicated to helping client companies achieve greater business success through more competitive new product innovation. Prior to establishing IRI, Marv enjoyed a 20-year career at the Hewlett-Packard Company (HP). When he left HP he was director of Corporate Engineering, an internal consulting group focused on improving the competitiveness of HP's own worldwide new product development efforts.
