Amy Chan is a senior analyst at The Performance Measurement Group, LLC, a PRTM company. She has several years' experience working with companies to collect product development metrics and interpret their benchmarking results to identify and quantify potential improvement opportunities.

Amy has worked with many companies to analyze and correlate product development and innovation topics across several industries. She recently coauthored reports on collaborative development practices and how companies are using product development metrics to measure their R&D output. Amy is a member of the 2003 PDMA Comparative Performance Assessment Study research project team.

Amy holds a BS degree in business administration from Boston University.
