This chapter relies on data gathered for the 2003 CPAS as well as data gathered for the 1995 survey. Abbie Griffin served as principal investigator for the 1995 survey. In addition, she, along with Doug Boike, Michelle Roloff, Davis Webb, and Brian Ottum, served on the Advisory Committee for the 2003 study. Amy Chan served as project manager for the development of the online survey for the 2003 study. Thanks to Abbie, Doug, Michelle, Davis, Brian, and Amy for all of their hard work during 2003 and for making the development process for this new product so much fun. Thanks also to Abbie for her thoughtful and prompt comments on the draft of this chapter.
