Lori K. Long, Ph.D., SPHR, is the president of LK Consulting, LLC, a human resource management consulting firm specializing in start-up and small businesses. She holds a Ph.D. in Business Administration from Kent State University and has more than 15 years of experience in human resource management, career counseling, and business consulting. Lori is the former associate director of the Career Management Center at the Weatherhead School of Management, Case Western Reserve University, a past president of the Cleveland Society for Human Resource Management, and is certified as a senior professional in human resources.
