21.6. Implementation Challenges

The most difficult aspect of introducing the Mentor Marketplace has been the challenges associated with raising awareness and communicating to employees about the existence of the site. The number of participants always spikes after a communication or announcement about the site—through an e-mail or a posting on our company intranet—and then plateaus until the next announcement. As such, it is difficult to keep up momentum and increase participation.
