In doing the research for this book I followed the same philosophy I use in photography: if you take enough pictures, eventually you’ll get a few that are great. In pulling together the concepts described in this book, I asked countless questions of some really smart people and eventually some of these questions turned out to be the correct questions. Most of the people I queried are friends of mine, and many of those friends became friends before we ever met in person. Inclusion of most, if not all, of the voices in this book was made possible because of the exponential increases in our global interconnectivity.
