Managing Your Manager
If you are proactive about your own career and take the time to let your manager know what a fantastic consultant you are, you will be successful in your career. If your manager was once a consultant, find out what steps he took to further his career. You don’t have to follow the same career path as your manager, but whatever he did to get noticed worked for him and will probably work for you too. In addition, it is a process that he will recognize as being successful.
