Three-Year-Olds Make the Best Negotiators

There is a theory that a horse has the same brain capacity as a three-year-old child. I always thought this was an insult to horses until my son turned three. His capacity for manipulating adults was very surprising. He was a master negotiator and was able to convince adults of anything without their realizing it. He was, and still is, exceptionally skilled at leading you up to an idea so that you will take that last step on your own. He gets what he wants, and you think it was your idea, which makes you much more likely to follow through. He will make an awesome consultant.
