A constantly changing environment is one of the most daunting challenges facing organizations today. When organizations are confronted with difficult challenges, learning becomes the best option for leadership. We use experiential learning theory (Kolb, 1984) as the epistemological lens through which to establish leadership as a wholly integrated process of learning and adaptation.
