ABOUT THE EDITORS

Michael Brazzel, Ph.D., CPCC, PCC, is an executive, leadership, and diversity coach, organization development and diversity/social justice practitioner, and author. He is a member of the NTL Institute, NTL coach, co-steward for NTL’s Coaching Community of Practice, and co-founder of the NTL Diversity Practitioner Certificate Program. He has a Ph.D. in economics from Tulane University and coaching credentials as Professional Certified Coach (PCC) from the International Coach Federation (ICF). His life’s work is based in values: respect for human differences, racial and social justice, and lifelong learning. He lives in Columbia, Maryland, and can be reached at mbrazzel@ntl.org.
