I updated, designed, composed, and indexed this book directly in Adobe InDesign on a Mac.
The main fonts are Warnock Pro Light and Regular for the body copy (an incredible OpenType font from Adobe; see the note on page 210), Silica Regular for the headlines, and Proxima Nova Alt for the callouts. The cover font is Glasgow, originally designed by Epiphany Design Studio. The other three hundred+ fonts are listed inside.
